Connection to Fibregate's "FGBB" broadband service can be made by a simple application on the telephone. Our simple procedures enable you can easily start using the Internet.
If you apply prior to moving into your apartment, you are able to use the Internet from the day you move in (*).

* Please be forewarned that it will take time to open the Internet line depending on congestion for applications.

About fee

　Because our FGBB equipment is already installed in all rooms during construction of the apartment you do noy incur any installation costs.

Email address, "email virus check", "Internet charges" and "provider charges (*)" are all included in the charge.
if you are not sure the charge plan for a building you live, please contact FGBB User Support [0120-988-660].

* FiberGate .Inc is the provider so you do not need to contract with other providers.

Publication of E-mail address, modem rental for free

When you apply for FGBB, we will publish your "@ fgb2" e-mail address and, if necessary, lend you an exclusive modem for free.

E-mail address

Your e-mail address will be "account name you want @fgb2.jp". We can publish a maximum of two accounts.
An account name is a maximum of eight English one byte characters (Half size hyphen "- ," underbars "_" and dot "." can be used). Please also specify your second choice.

What if I want to keep my current e-mail address?

Most providers offer reasonable charges (around 300 yen - 500 yen) by which you can keep using your old e-mail address.
When using FGBB, you can continue to use your e-mail address if you change providers.
Please contact your provider for detail.

Modem

For the customers living in FGBB-enabled apartment buildings that require modems for Internet connection we will lend you an exclusive modems for free. (we will send a modem to a customer after an application for this service is received.)
Please have a LAN cable with an appropriate length for you Internet environment.

For customers who use ADSL or other companies' broadband now and thinking of changing to FGBB

Construction may be required in some cases when changing from ADSL or other companies' broadband connections (NTTB FLET'S, OCN, USEN) to FGBB.
Please be forewarned that it may take a maximum of around two weeks to complete construction work.
